I didn't clean today. I just relaxed. Which was nice, always good to have a day off to say the least.

Yup, back to work tomorrow. But it is Tuesday which will feel like Monday. So that isn't too bad.

I'm very glad it is a short week. That much closer to the weekend! And we are coming up on March fast... Crazy. o.O

we do NOT complain about rain in february!
especially if you remember last year about the same time (many many many inches of snow falling etc)....not to mention that February is usually the COLDEST month of the year (which still doesnt make sense to me --but I do understand the science..just doesnt compute)....I can remember some below zero temps with windchills in the -30 to -40 range
(brrrr getting chills just THINKING about those!).

yeah I know it makes lots of skiiiiiiiiers unhappy--but if they want snow, they can visit alaska!

I think I am going to plan 3 naps for today, bleh--just not feeling all that ... er, energized?

I'd prefer snow really but that is just because I am thinking about how this weather is messing up migratory animals and such. Switching between warm and cold isn't good.

I'd like to take 3 naps today... So tired...

well, I didnt get to take my first one (dang mailman didnt come until 4:30pm...usually is here between noon and 2pm)....2nd one was cut short by too much noise from the neighbors

....no idea if the third is a go or not.

yeah, some of the spring plants have tried to come up a few times this winter, only to have a cold snap freeze them over....winters are very change-able so, either adapt or move someplace else

did half of the taxes (the extra forms) now just to fill in the reg 1040...bleh

Filling tax forms...I wonder if we have that in France (hopefully not, I'm terrible at paperwork >.>).

The weather is getting warmer and warmer, which is kind of nice considering that during the past 2 weeks it was annoyingly cold (~ -7°C).

its been quite a few years since I remember a warm winter (think around the time my dad died..so mid '80's?)...I remember the winter that I wore a no-sleeved dress to church on christmas day..it was like 70....the next year, if I recall, was rather bad--cold, snowy and generally yukky....but you gotta take the good with the bad sometimes (and with weather, do you really have a choice?????)

I'm sure it will be a bitter cold winter next year. The past few winters have been bitter cold so this has definitely been an odd change.

It's Thursday!!!!! why are we celebrating? Well the snows gone here...the 6inches that evaporated in 1 day. The only snow fall the entire year. But hey, groundhog says its gonna be more winter, and he didn't even wanna come out!
